The Challenge:
Aequus Construction, a BANES council led commercial entity, needed a brand to reflect the high-end residential development designed to transform Keynsham's riverside site. However without a showhome we needed to come up with innovative ideas of how to sell off-plan.
Design Solution:
We started with an Ignition Strategy session with all the key stakeholders extracting the brand values and key benefits to the development. We really focused on the assets - using virtual reality, drone videography and high-quality photography we enabled potential buyers to step into their apartment before they were even completed. We applied these assets across a number of platforms including the website, social media and printed collateral.
