Recognising the need to go online during COVID 19 pandemic

The Challenge:
With the majority of sales driven through retail outlets, Egmont experienced significant loss as a result of Covid 19. Licensors were keen for Egmont to explore additional revenue streams for their licensed products.
Design Solution:
Working closely with the team we launched a new e-commerce website in order to sell single issues online. We created a structure that is easy to navigate and gets the customer to their destination in as few clicks as possible. We looked closely at the menu, sub menu navigation and filtering options so that the customer clearly knows from the outset what is available on the website.
